Parent Portal

Introducing the WVEIS 2.0 Parent Portal this year!  Parents can now access their child's grades, attendance, and discipline records.

Steps to Access the Parent Portal

Step 1:  Complete the Parent Portal Form and return it to school.  The form must be signed by the student's legal guardina.

*  Parent Portal Form in Microsoft Word

Step 2:  The school will enter the provide information into WVEIS 2.0.

Step 3:  Parents visit the Parent Portal.

Step 4:  Parents request an account using the e-mail address provided on the Parent Portal form.

Step 5:  Parent will receive an e-mail to setup their password.

Step 6:  Parents log into the Parent Portal on the left-hand side of page.

Additional Notes:

Note 1:  If you need to reset your password, simply request an account again, and a password reset e-mail will be sent to you.

* Note 2:  Board employees must use a personal email account to set up their Parent Portal account.  K12 email accounts are not compatible with the Parent Portal.
