If I am an employee with vacation days and my contract days are being reduced, what will happen to those vacation days?

Upon termination of employment, accumulated vacation leave may be used to receive a lump sum payment, based on the employee's daily rate of pay, for up to a maximum of forty (40) days.  See Policy 4433 – Vacation
