The third whole-district session on improving school climate and student behaviors concluded March 5 at the district office. Representatives of 9 schools met to share out their successes and challenges as they prepare to implement PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions Supports) programs. Team members have been evaluating school data and have worked to address school environments and to develop incentives and expectations for positive behaviors. Team members will attend an academy in the fall.
