Mrs. Carolyn Hager is the Gifted teacher for Mingo County Schools. She has been teaching for the past 17 years. Mrs. Hager holds a bachelors and a masters degree in Elementary Education; she also has a Rank 1 in Supervision and Instruction, as well as Gifted and Talented.
