As we prepare for our students to return tomorrow, Wednesday, August 26, we want to share a few important arrival, dismissal, and safety reminders with our Wolfpack families. Our goal is simple: a safe, smooth start and end to every school day! 🌅 MORNING ARRIVAL 🐾 Students should arrive between 8:25–8:40 AM. 🐾 First-period/core instruction begins promptly at 8:45 AM. Students arriving after that time will be considered tardy. 🐾 Due to safety and supervision guidelines, students may NOT enter the building before 8:25 AM. 🚗 PARENT DROP-OFF For the safety of ALL students and families: ♥️Please remain in your vehicle while using the parent drop-off line. ♥️Parents/guardians may not park, exit their vehicles, or walk students to the building from the drop-off line. ⭐ FIRST-DAY EXCEPTION — GRADES K–4! We know the first morning is a BIG one! 🥹❤️ On August 26 ONLY, parents/guardians of students in Kindergarten through Grade 4 may walk their children into the building. When Pre-K begins, additional information will be provided to our Pre-K families regarding their first-day procedures. 🔔 AFTERNOON DISMISSAL 🐾 Dismissal procedures begin at 3:45 PM. 🐾 Families picking up students must use the designated parent pickup line. 🐾 Please remain in your vehicle throughout the pickup process. 🐾 Please do not park, exit your vehicle, or walk to the building to pick up your child. These procedures help us maintain appropriate supervision, keep traffic moving safely, and protect our students during two of the busiest times of our school day. 📚 Additional procedures and expectations will be included in the Williamson PK-8 Student/Parent Handbook, which students will receive on the first day of school.
