Mrs. Amanda Gibson

Welcome!

My name is Amanda Gibson, and I teach 2nd grade at Burch PK8. I am a bulldog through and through, as I was raised in Ragland, graduated from Burch High School in 2004, and continue to live in Varney. I am married and have two children. I spent two years at SWCTC where I obtained a degree in Radiology. I went back to school at Western Governors University and obtained a bachelors degree in Elementary Education K-6 with an endorsement in Middle School Social Studies. I love teaching at Burch PK8 and being able to walk into a school that I am proud to be a part of.
