Tug Valley High School Student Council is working with the Mingo County BOE to create solutions and tackle challenges in their high school.  This is the second year in a row the high school has become a driving force for positive change in Mingo County’s top 10 mission.  Mingo Central High School will be meeting with the Superintendent and her staff early November.  #lovewvpublicschools
