Steampunk Self-Portrait: Create a self-portrait that shows your likeness. This should not be a conceptual self-portrait but must show true likeness. Consider how you want to be depicted and add classic Steampunk items. Classic Steampunk items would include but not limited to: cyborg components, goggles, gears, leather, brass, ray tubes, glass tubes, wooden objects, flying machines, items that would appear to be the way people in Victorian times would view the future. Consider the elements of art and principles of design and mark making as you complete your initial sketches.

Steps: 1. Sketch a full body self-portrait and focus on making the face look like you (Use a photograph if necessary), be sure to consider design elements and principles as well as mark making

    2. Add Classic steampunk items directly onto the sketch.

    3. Transfer you sketch onto a large sheet of watercolor paper.

    4. Use any media that you chose to render your work.
