Dynamic and enthusiastic educator with a Doctorate Degree and Two Master’s degrees with extensive experience in mentoring and motivating students and educators of all ages. Consistently achieved all professional expectations and a proven leader. An energetic, dedicated and honest educator with superb communication, interpretational, and leadership skills. Initiated a distance education plan to assist students negatively impacted by geographic distance from school. Strong leadership skills honed over 30 years of school administration and 25 years of coaching (14 years as a Head Football Coach). Received commendation for leadership from the West Virginia Department of Education’s Office of Educational Proficiency and Accountability.
