I am the art teacher at Tug Valley High School. I have been in this position since 2008/2009. My academic degrees are a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts, both in studio art from Morehead State University. I obtained my teaching certificate after attending post-graduate classes at Morehead State.

I teach General Art I-IV, Studio Art, AP Art and Design 2D, AP Drawing, AP 3D, and Dual Credit Art Appreciation at Tug Valley. I am also an adjunct instructor at Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. The class I currently teach at SWVCTC is AR112 Art Appreciation.

My interests include hiking, painting, photography, drawing, and genealogy. I am married to my lovely wife, Leah Noelle Wireman, Human Resources Director, Mingo County Schools. I am a Christian and I belong to the Southern Baptist denomination.
